NO INCREASE IN WATER CHARGES
On January 27, 2009 an article in the Ann Arbor News announced a possible water rate increase in Pittsfield Township.  OH NO!
On February 18, 2009 I spoke with Mike Luptowski, Utilities Director of the Pittsfield Township Board hoping to clarify "the water increase."
Mr. Luptwoski was very helpful and verified that the township "WAS NOT" going to pass along the water increase to the citizens of Pittsfield Township.  GREAT NEWS!

Why belong to an Homeowners’ Association?

Belonging to the Association gives each individual opportunity to participate in any number of activities that foster the general well-being of the entire community.

We share the Arbor Meadows. We already live here, why not work together to make it the best community it can be?

The Homeowners' Association......   will be keeping both the members and the residents of Arbor Meadows informed about the laws and proposed changes of laws that govern manufactured homes and mobile home parks.

By visiting the site often, you can be aware of these changes and  how they affect you and the community where you live.
